CEO
David is the President and CEO of David Ginsberg Healthcare Consulting, and its sister company, PrivaPlan Associates, Inc. He has more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
His expertise are evident in managed care operations, IPA development, and physician-hospital strategic planning. David has provided consulting services to hundreds of physicians, allied health professionals and various healthcare entities in his career and has a practical, real world knowledge about the realities of HIPAA and Regulatory Compliane in the physician/provider sector.
As Vice President of Intellectron/Medcobill, a large regional physician practice management and billing company providing services to over 1,000 physicians in California, David implemented the second Medicare electronic claims transmission program of its kind and pioneered an EDI solution for Medicaid.
Finally, David is a Senior HIT Advisor to the Colorado Rural Health Center and widely considered an expert in the areas of HIPAA, electronic health records and rural health delivery.

MICHELLE BOWES
Senior Associate
Michelle has cultivated more than 20 years of hands on experience working in and with clinicians, hospitals, imaging centers, medical consulting firms and billing companies, as well as with medical associations, rural health centers and HIT developers.
Her sandbox is in HIT and CMS Regulatory Compliance, including the EHR Incentive and Quality Payment Programs (QPP), EHRs (selection and implementation, as well as development and ONC certification consulting), QPP Registries, Analytical Reporting, and Provider Enrollment Management.
Michelle leveraged her skills to lead one of the nation's most successful RECs, assisting with hundreds of EH/CAH and EP attestations over the years. Rural health holds a special place in her heart and her clients' continued success is her biggest motivator.

LIL SONNTAG
Senior Associate
Lil uses her Lean Six Sigma training, along with her project management experience, to coach and consult Critical Access Hospitals and Prospective Payment Systems Hospitals through the maze of Meaningful Use objectives. To date she has helped over 22 hospitals and hundreds of Eligible Providers to reach Meaningful Use.
Lil also conducts Onsite HIPAA Security Risk Analysis as a PrivaPlan team member. Her HIT Consulting experience enables her to envision how new technology effects current workflows and how it improves patient care.
